A man who installs Gatso speed cameras has been caught speeding, the BBCreports. Safe Speed comments that everyone speeds, including police officers,magistrates and politicians. This crazy system is self destructing and removingvital credibility from worthwhile road safety messages.

Paul Smith, founder of the Safe Speed road safety campaign(safespeed.org.uk) said: "We're a nation of speeders, but we also have moreor less the safest roads in the world. It's high time that the authorities sawthe light and realised that penalizing millions of responsible motoristseffectively at random isn't delivering safety improvements."
