Highlights of the 2007 schedule include a return to the Spa circuit in Belgium, always a favourite with drivers, and a dramatic end to the season in September with two combined races at Silverstone, on the Grand Prix layout supporting the Silverstone 24-Hours, and at Brands Hatch for the visit of the World Touring Car Championship to the famous Kent circuit.

Changes for 2007 include the introduction of a new class to the Porsche Club Championship, which will be for 911, 912 and 356 models built to Historic Regulations (FIA Appendix K). In the Porsche Open, changes have been made to the technical regulations in Class Two to enable drivers of early 911 GT3 specification cars to modify their vehicles, including re-mapping the engine, to compete with later model GT3s.
