According to the Guardian Local, the infamous speed camera on the M11 at Woodford has seen a massive increase in crashes and crash severity.

Paul Smith, founder of the SafeSpeed.org.uk said: "Last week we reported that Department for Transport had cancelled its speed camera side effect research. This week we have tragic evidence of 5 serious injuries and a death possibly caused or exacerbated directly by a single speed camera."

"Speed camera policy has failed. Department for Transport is giving us nothing but self-serving spin when we need real policies that save real lives."
