Following the dramatic start to the Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship in Kent last weekend (1 April), fans are expected to flock to Rockingham circuit in Northamptonshire for the next rounds of the BTCC series, on 21 and 22 April.
The UK’s most action-packed motor sport championship got off to a flying start when Jason Plato took a points lead in the season opener in his SEAT Leon. The next meeting promises to be every bit as thrilling, as manufacturer and privateer teams attempt to build a solid tally of points in what is expected to be one of the most closely fought seasons ever in British touring car racing.
Tickets for rounds four, five and six at the Northamptonshire circuit are on sale on the Rockingham website www.rockingham.co.uk or by calling 0870 166 0438.
An adult weekend ticket is just £26 when bought in advance and gives access to both qualifying on Saturday, 21 April and the race itself on Sunday, 22 April.
A day ticket for the race is just £21 in advance and all tickets are also available on the gate. Children under 12 go free (maximum of two children per paying adult).
The championship returns to the Northamptonshire circuit in 2007 for the first time in four years, and fans can look forward to an excellent panoramic view of all the action from Rockingham’s Grandstand seating.
