Danielsson leads F3000 at Hungaroring

The 2007 version of the car is already more than a second faster than last yearSome of the Euroseries 3000 teams were back on the track yesterday in Budapest, where the nextround of the Series will be held on the 17th June.

It has been a very windy day and some rain has also fallen in the morning, but the track was dryagain soon giving to the drivers the chance to improve their performances, lap after lap.The best chrono was for Alx Danielsson with an impressive 1’34’’758, which is almost 1 secondand an half lower than the pole position time recorded last year by Marco Bonanomi (1’36”101).Moreover also other four drivers have been faster than 2006 pole which shows the bigimprovements introduced by the new aerodynamic kit.

The Swedish driver was followed by Davide Rigon (Minardi), Oliver Martini (RC Motorsport), LuizRazia (Fisichella Motor Sport) e Diego Nunez (Minardi), all of them close to the leader time.The test will continue tomorrow morning from 08:30.
