Mike Farnan, former international managing director of Manchester United, acting consultant at Athletico Madrid, founder of Red Strike marketing and founding director of Haygarth Sports Marketing has joined Club Silverstone as an executive board director.
Mike Farnan’s role will primarily focus on the marketing of Club Silverstone and the development of a new range of products, utilising his extensive sporting connections.
Club Silverstone, is the UK’s foremost provider of exclusive “supercar” experiences for individuals, groups and events. With Mike Farnan's involvement, the range of unique experiences will increase, including: meetings with international sports stars, access to VIP facilities at major venues and sporting events and the introduction of luxury packages involving “supercars” and exclusive hotels. Plans are already well advanced for these packages, including a number of selected fashionable resorts around the world.
Mike Farnan has over 15 years experience in international sports marketing. In addition to his former roles at Haygarth's and Manchester United, he has been international marketing director at AC Parma as well as working for both the Williams and Jordan F1 teams.
