STCC Stippler 2nd in the Norwegian rain

Frank Stippler has achieved his best-ever result in the Swedish Touring Car Championship (STCC) in difficult conditions.

On a wet track at Valer (Norway), the Audi driver moved from ninth position on the starting grid to second place. For the first time,

Alexander Stehlig – normally working with Mattias Ekström in the DTM – was Stippler’s race engineer. Tommy Kristoffersson scored a point in eighth position, defending champion Thed Björk did not finish.
