The French Motorsport Federation (FFSA) informed us about the following:

“”The National Appeal Court of the Fédération Française du Sport Automobile (FFSA) examined on 28 August 2007 the appeal lodged by the entrant Autorlando Sport (car #11) against the decision nr. 13 of the Sports Stewards College following the second race of the International GT Open held in Magny-Cours on 15 July 2007.

The Court has decided:- To cancel the decision nr. 13 taken by the Sports Stewards College inflicting a 1-lap penalty to entrant Autorlando Sport (car #11);- To sanction entrant Autorlando Sport (car #11) with a time penalty of 40 seconds;- To ask the result of the race to be amended accordingly;- To partly refund the appeal bail deposited by entrant Autorlando Sport up to 1.500 €;- To condemn the ASA Nevers Magny-Cours to cover the expenses.

The full explanation of the decision will be issued at a later stage””.

As a consequence of this decision, car # 11 is re-instated as the winner of the GT Open race in Magny-Cours. The amended
