F.3000 TITLE SECURED IN MONZA

The young Italian will take part in the  Le Castellet test with Fisichella Motor Sport International

Davide Rigon, crowned both Italian and European F.3000 champion last week-end in Monza, is now ready to take the wheel of a GP2 car, the prize assigned to the Series winner.

Rigon will take part in the next GP2 test session scheduled from October 30th to November 2nd at Paul Ricard.

Rigon, who has also earned his F1 super licence thanks to the F.3000 title, visited Fisichella Motor Sport International yesterday for a seat fitting and to meet the team.

Davide Rigon: "I am really happy for this important chance I will have thanks to the F.3000 success and therefore I would like to thank Coloni Motorsport, organizer of the Series. I’m very confident for the test".
