FIA Court of Appeal to Decide on Magny-Cours Race 2 Result

The FIA has announced that the International Court of Appeal will hold the hearing of the appeal lodged by the Spanish Federation (RFEA) on behalf of RSV Motorsport against the decision of the French National Court of Appeal on 28 August relating to the result of the GT Open race in Magny-Cours last 15 July, next Wednesday 7 November 2007, as from 10:00 hours, in Paris.

The final decision of the International Court of Appeal is expected to be announced in the afternoon of the following day, Thursday 8 November 2007.
