Round 17 - Eaton, nr Melton Mowbray - 28 November
Having got married on Friday, John Fack completed a perfect weekend at Eaton by retaining his MSA British Sporting Car Trial Championship. Fack was a dominant winner in the final round of the championship to retain his British title from Duncan Stephens, who came home second.
With the championship at stake, the pressure was on both Fack and Stephens going into the event, but it was a determined Fack who ended up a clear winner. Brother Julian Fack ended the year on a high with his best result of the year in third.
Star of the day was Andy Wilks who won the intermediate class in an excellent sixth overall, producing some great climbs. Thomas Bricknell won the novice class on his final outing in the class before promotion to the expert class, finishing seventh.
