(CSCC) ANNOUNCE SPONSORSHIP OF THEIR “MAGNIFICENT SEVENS” SERIES

The Classic Sports Car Club (CSCC) is delighted to announce the sponsorship of its new “Magnificent Sevens” race series by the Gold Arts Jewellery Company.  Henceforth the series, for cars inspired by the legendary Lotus 7 design such as Caterhams, Westfields, Locosts and Raw Strykers etc, will be known as the “Gold Arts Magnificent Sevens” series.

The “Gold Arts Magnificent Sevens” series is a mini-enduro type series established in 2009 for one or two drivers.  The inaugural race took place at Snetterton on 5 April 09 and was deemed to be a great success with 22 cars taking part.

Gold Arts will provide a Silver Trophy for the most successful driver at the end of the season.

Gold Arts (goldarts.co.uk) are a high quality jewellery company based in Brighton and the company owner has been involved in racing, preparing and sponsoring Caterham 7-type cars for many years.

CSCC Club Chairman, Tony Rushforth commented, “the CSCC are delighted that a company with the stature of Gold Arts has agreed to sponsor our new series; the owner of Gold Arts has been involved in Caterham-type club racing for a long time & it shows a great deal of confidence in the CSCC that he has agreed to sponsor our new series”.
