Some cars are just right and this late specification very desirable heavy chassis 4 ½ Litre is no exception. With all matching numbers and a complete ownership history she could not have better provenance.

Boasting a complete ownership history and all matching numbers, this 4 ½ Litre has had all the upgrades a Bentley boy could wish for. Shortened in 1946 by the famous Syd Lawrence to a 9’ 9 ½” wheelbase and benefiting from a steel crank and rods, prepared for racing but never raced, she is a real thoroughbred in the Bentley world.

1924 3 4 ½ Litre Bentley
 A very desirable 3 Litre ‘Speed Model’ with complete and continuous history, delivered new in October 1924. Upgraded by The Works in 1927 with a new chassis and front axle. Subsequent owners have enjoyed and uprated her further with very well-proportioned coachwork by Dick Brockman in the 1980’s and more recently converted the engine to a 4 ½ Litre with steel crank and rods. With many more extras listed in detailed invoices in the well-presented history file. A well proven trusted steed, with a great colour scheme.  

1925 3 Litre Bentley
This delightfully original 1925 3 Litre Bentley, with matching engine and chassis, was shortened in 1939 by the works to Speed Model specification. The original Gurney Nutting bodywork which was also shortened at the time has well patinated front seats, a split windscreen, hood, and four doors. Running on dual CG4 magnetos and SU sloper carburettors, the car comes complete with an immense history file. Invoices on file detail the extensive recent work carried out to bring her up to a very high mechanical standard. This lovely, original bodied car called Felix just oozes patina and is now available for purchase.
