RUSSIAN youngster Emil Sayfutdinov held up Jason Crump's World title chargeas he won the Slovenian Grand Prix with a 24-point maximum.Sayfutdinov now trails Crump by 26 points with two rounds to go, although hewas a touch fortunate in the Final at Krsko.The 19-year-old was at the back when Nicki Pedersen caused Tomasz Gollob tofall, and in the re-run Sayfutdinov defeated Rune Holta and Gollob.

RYE House star Robert Mear appears unlikely to be able to make a comebackfrom injury this season.The Rockets' heat-leader has suffered a broken knuckle, and the healingprocess is likely to take at least another month.Team boss John Sampford said: "Robert's consultant has said that he's brokenthe joint and finger so badly that he doesn't feel surgery will be of anyuse."
