28th November Track Day at Castle Combe to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support
Ever wanted to take your own car around the Castle Combe Circuit? If yes, this could be your big moment!
Ben and Katie Elliott have teamed up with Castle Combe Circuit to organise a Charity Track Day on 28th November 2009 to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support. Members of the public have the opportunity to drive their own car around the circuit all day, with the option of driver coaching from one of the circuit's instructors.
As well as the driving opportunities on offer, there will be a tombola with some fantastic prizes, refreshments, an F1 simulator and of course spectators are welcome on the day too.
The organiser Katie Elliott said "This is our sixth Charity Track day at Castle Combe Circuit and I am so pleased we are raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support. After the last track day, which raised over £4,000 we hope this year we can do even better and I want lots of people to come along and take part even if the weather is bad".
The Macmillan Cancer Support nurses working with those patients. They are there helping and supporting the sufferer and their families through the most difficult times.
If you can't make the day, then don't forget that there are a number of other chances to drive your car at Castle Combe Circuit - or at this time of year, some great Christmas presents available for any petrol head from £25 to £330.
