DAVEY Watt is on his way back to parent club Poole in 2010 - and has been installed as the Pirates' new skipper.The Australian spent this year on loan to Eastbourne but Poole have a remarkable record of success when Watt is in their team.Promoter Matt Ford said: "I have every confidence in Davey's ability to lead our efforts to regain the Elite League championship title."

SWINDON have confirmed the signing of talented Swedish youngster Thomas H Jonasson.The Robins had always been strongly linked with the former Edinburgh rider,who spent a season and a half in the Premier League with the Monarchs.Swindon boss Alun Rossiter said: "Thomas has bundles of ability and was sought after by a lot of top clubs, so we're naturally delighted that he'll be riding at Blunsdon in 2010."
