FREDRIK Lindgren, the Elite League's top rider last season, has agreed a new deal with reigning champions Wolverhampton.Wolves have also confirmed the signing of Lindgren's younger brother Ludvig and Danish rider Nicolai Klindt, but there is no space for 2009 skipper Peter Karlsson.Promoter Chris Van Straaten said: "We're delighted to welcome Freddie back, although we feel very sad about not keeping PK, a legendary figure at the club." BIRMINGHAM have moved to sign American rider Chris Kerr leaving them with just two spots to fill in their team.Kerr joins the Perry Barr club from Newport, and may also double-up in the Elite League with Wolverhampton as he did this year.He said: "There were a lot of other clubs interested but as soon as Birmingham came in for me I always wanted to go there."(SPEEDWAY 3)

HYNEK Stichauer will make his return to British racing in the Premier League next season having agreed to join Stoke.The 22-year-old Czech Republic rider spent the first half of last season with Wolverhampton in the top-flight before suffering back injuries in July.
