LEICESTER have been forced to shelve plans to enter the 2010 Premier League.Beaumont Sports Complex Ltd have hit a delay in getting the green light for work to start at the Beaumont Park venue for three different sports - Speedway, Football and Cycling.Leicester are, however, still hoping to take to the track at their new home in representative meetings prior to entering league racing for the 2011 season.
