BELLE Vue have signed rising Scottish star William Lawson at reserve.The 22-year-old, from Perth, finished the 2009 season at Glasgow where he had a 6.55 average which equates to a 3.20 figure in the top division.Aces' chief David Gordon said: "William is an Edinburgh asset but he wanted to commit himself full-time to the Elite League. LEICESTER have been forced to shelve plans to enter the 2010 Premier League.Beaumont Sports Complex Ltd have hit a delay in getting the green light for work to start at the Beaumont Park venue for three different sports - Speedway, Football and Cycling.Leicester are, however, still hoping to take to the track at their new home in representative meetings prior to entering league racing for the 2011 season.
