The british team will take part in the championship maiden season with two cars, adding the series organized by Coloni Motorsport to itscommitments, besides GP2 and GP2 Asia.

Supernova has a sporting history full of success: with four F3000 titles (1995 Vincenzo Sospiri, 1997 Ricardo Zonta, 1998 Juan Pablo Montoya, 2002 Sébastien Bourdais) and an A1 GP title, clinched in the 06/07 season managing Team Germany, whose car was driven by Nico Hülkenberg. Hülkenberg, who in 2010 will be one of the drivers in the Williams F.1 team.The team is among the top runners in the GP2 series with 7 race wins and 32 podium finishes, results that make it a benchmark in the single-seaters world.
