he Red Bull Pro Nationals motocross series has secured the backing of Pirelli, signing a three-year deal with the series.

Pirelli's major support programme for the series will see it provide a dedicated tyre-supply and changing vehicle to cater for all riders at the events. Pirelli staff will be on hand at every round to fit tyres and advise competitors on fitment, type and pressures.

"We are extremely excited to be entering into this partnership with the Red Bull Pro National Championship, an extremely professional race series which caters for clubman to professional riders," said Steffen Baum, product and marketing manager at Pirelli.

"We didn't just want to sponsor, we need to be there at the meetings, with a full tyre service and getting feedback from riders on our products. This is a great opportunity and we look forward to meeting many riders over the year."
