KING'S Lynn are planning a strong youth policy with their National League side.The Norfolk Arena club will be known as 'Young Stars' in the third tier ofBritish racing for the 2010 season.Team manager Dale Allitt said: "This team is here to give young talent achance to shine, I would class anyone under the age of 25 as still having the chance of progressing further in their career and that is surely what this league should be about."

NATIONAL League Speedway newcomers Dudley Heathens have unveiled Ben Taylor and Richard Franklin as signings for the 2010 season.The news means the Heathens, who will share home meetings between Wolverhampton's Monmore Green and Perry Barr at Birmingham, now have three of their seven riders in place with the addition of talented teenager Ashley Morris.Said boss Will Pottinger: "Richard is somebody I got to know last season when he rode for the Heathens in a second half match at Birmingham."And Ben has got bags of ability, I saw him beat Steve Johnston around Birmingham last year."
