RP Motorsport officially announce they will field Stefano Bizzarri in the maiden season of theAuto GP championship. The Italian driver already confirmed his entry in February, and thisannouncement answers the question about the team that will support him in his chase for the1.200.000 euros prize money.

It was a very natural agreement because RP is the same team wherein Bizzarri raced fromwhen he leaved karting until now. With them, Stefano grew up as a driver racing in F.Renault2.0 and F.3, achieving good results and even finishing 3rd in the European F3 Openclassification in 2009.

After confirming Bizzarri, RP will work to close the deal for their second car. At the momentthe team is in advanced talks with Celso Miguez, and with few details to be defined, thesignature should come in a few days. This will mean a potentially very competitive line-up forthe Italian outfit.

We expect to be very competitive, and we think that knowing so well our driverwill be a slight advantage, especially in the first part of the season”.
