Alvaro’s Parente talent keeps being recognised in the international motorsport arena and he will be in the weekend's GP2 round, to defend the Coloni team colours at Spa-Francorchamps.

The Coloni team is no stranger to Parente, as he raced in the Italian squad colours in some rounds of the GP2 Asia series, earlier this year, achieving a podium at Bahrain, something that made his decision to race a lot easier. “I know the team and I think that I’ll have the conditions to try to get some good results. I’m looking forward to returning to Spa-Francorchamps and to being able to achieve some good results for Coloni, and thank the team and Sponsors for the trust they have in me”, underlined the Portuguese driver.
