Round 2: McGrady Insurance Bishopscourt Stages Rally, 19 March

Kenny McKinstry scored his second Hankook MSA Northern Ireland Stage Rally Championship victory in a row on the McGrady Insurance Bishopscourt Stages Rally.

McKinstry opened proceedings with a scratch time on SS1 and gradually extended his lead until losing 6.7 seconds to Connor McCloskey on the penultimate stage.

The pair was therefore separated by just 7.3 seconds with one stage remaining; McCloskey was again the faster of the two but was unable to deny McKinstry, who sealed victory by almost six seconds. George Robinson completed the podium in third.
