2011 BHRC TV coverage starts on Motors TV
The first round of the Dunlop/WONAGO.com MSA British Historic Rally Championship, the Rally Marketing Mid Wales Historic Stages, will first be screened on Motors TV at 9.30pm on Sunday 27 March.As well as the initial prime-time slot on Motors TV, each programme will have several repeats in the week after the initial transmission. Importantly, coverage of the rally is being broadcast within three weeks of the event and will include spectacular in-car footage from the battle for victory between Julian Reynolds and Nick Elliott.Backing for the coverage comes from BHRC TV partners CES (autosessive.com), Sherwood Engines (sherwoodengines.co.uk), Skipton Ford (skipton-ford.com.uk) Tuthill Porsche (francistuthill.co.uk), West Wales Rally Spares (westwalesrallyspares.co.uk) and XS Racing xsracing.net).All eight rounds of the BHRC are being televised this year, with dedicated hour-long programmes on Motors TV, produced by .rallytv.co.uk, the company headed by David Winstanley.For those who want a permanent record of the event, rallytv.co.uk will be offering DVDs, each covering two rounds of the BHRC.
