MSA British Sporting Trials Championship

Round 5: President's Trophy – 27 March Southsea MC – Langrish, Nr Petersfield

 In very dry and warm conditions, reigning champion Ian Wright (Sherpa Indy) won Round 5 of the 2011 MSA British Sporting Trials Championship, the President's Trophy trial run at the Langrish site, losing just 29 marks.

 Second place went to Monty Peters in his Apex IV on 45 marks, his best Championship result for a long time. On 50 marks Peter Fensom (Crosslé) finished third after a tie decider with Championship leader Ian Bell (Hamilton).  The Intermediate class was won by Ian Rodman (Sherpa Indy) in 7th place overall and Josh Veale (Sherpa) again won the Novice class, finishing in 14th place.

2nd - Monty Peters - Apex IV - 45 marks lost

3rd - Peter Fensom - Crosslé - 50 marks lost
