Round 2: Bulldog International Rally North Wales, 1-2 April

MSA Team UK crew Elfyn Evans and Andrew Edwards took an emphatic first BRC victory on their home event, the Bulldog International Rally North Wales.

Team UK graduate Adam Gould led early on but was overhauled after on SS5 by Evans, who eventually finished just under 18 seconds clear of championship leader David Bogie.

Evans said: “We’re really pleased and surprised a win has come so soon in such a long championship, but we’ll take it a rally at a time. Everything has worked well today and we have to thank Pirelli for such a great opportunity.”
