The different Citroën Racing Trophies have all begun throughout Europe. The 2011 season has kicked off in style for the DS3 R3 and the C2-R2 MAX with good performances on gravel and asphalt.

In France, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Portugal and the Czech Republic the first bonuses have already been awarded.

The DS3 R3 has also shone in the World Rally Championship with 3 crews entered for the Portuguese Rally in addition to the Citroën DS3 WRCs of Sébastien Loeb-Daniel Elena and Sébastien Ogier-Julien Ingrassia plus 3 other DS3 WRCs prepared by Citroên Racing Technologies. British driver Harry Hunt and Portuguese Paulo Neto saw the chequered flag proving the reliability of the DS3 R3s after more than 385 kilometers of special stages.

Now, it's the turn of Rumania, Poland, Italy, Belgium and Switzerland to launch their 2011 Citroën Racing Trophies in the weeks to come.
