DONINGTON PARK IS SET FOR A MASSIVE LIVE TV COVERAGE INVOLVING 66 COUNTRIES AND INCLUDING GREAT BRITAIN (MOTORS TV), ITALY (RAI SPORT 2)

Everything is ready for the first out of four European races of the 2012 SUPERSTARS INTERNATIONAL SERIES, as the V8 saloon racecars of the FG GROUP-promoted championship will line-up at the historical Donington Park circuit.

The engines are ready to roar in the UK to provide the fans on and off the grandstands with an unique show, as they will be supporting more than 20 registered SUPERSTARS drivers for the Race Day.

Thanks to an huge worldwide TV coverage, the Series has again emerged among the leaders in modern motorsports as confirmed by the Managing Director of _wige MARKETING, Thorsten Schroeder: “Last year's great performance in terms of media value is the result of a perfect synergy between a highly-spectacular product like SUPERSTARS which is also really appreciated by fans - and the specialist expertise of _ Wige MARKETING – realized with passion, professionalism and enthusiasm. With the switch to go HD in the global distribution, we have achieved even greater things for the new season!”

The races will be televised live in Italy too. The fans will be relying on RAI SPORT 2, with the broadcasts scheduled at 11:05 AM and 16:10 PM (CEST).  The distribution list will also spot three new networks: SPORT 1 in Germany and live by Sport Klub Poland and Sport Klub Hungary.

The British fans will be able to follow the two races at home on Motors TV UK. Race 1 will be live from 10:05 AM while Race 2 will be broadcasted live in the afternoon at 15:10 (all times local).
