After two rounds of the Polish International Superbike Championship in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, the Suzuki GRANDys duo team returns to to its home in Poland this weekend for the third round of the series at the Poznan circuit holding the lead in the Championship.
Polish Championship and Alpe Adria Cup leader Marko Jerman (pictured) starts as favourite in the Superbike class aboard his GSX-R1000 and team hopes are also being pinned-on Supersport class rider Daniel Bukowski and multi-time Polish Champion Andy Meklau in the Superstock 1000; returning from a serious injury at the start of the season.
Other riders lining-up on a 'full-grid' of GRANDys duo Suzuki riders include Bartek Wiczynski and Junior class team member Szymon Strankowski, plus Mariusz Durynek.
For the first time this season, the Poznan event will feature a new Formula X-Treme class; a combination of Superstock 1000 and Superbike class riders to add to the excitement of the weekend.
Jacek Grandys - Manager Suzuki GRANDys duo:
"After the races at Brno and Slovakiaring I'm looking forward to further successes for our team. Our riders have always been favourites on this track and I think this year will be the same. I hope that we can beat our competitors, although the competition is at a very high level, but we aim to return home as leaders of all the team classifications."
