Customer rewards from protection products leader

R&G will be issuing ‘thank you’ cards entitling a future discount to customers who have already fitted its class-leading products.

The world leader in bolt-on motorcycle protection products will be issuing the discount cards, complete with a key ring, at various motorcycling events during 2012, placed under the fuel cap lock cover of bikes already fitted with its innovative products.

The card will qualify the recipient for a 10% discount off their next purchase of any of R&G’s diverse range of products; including its award-winning Aero Crash Protectors, Bar End Sliders, Radiator Guards and even its new Tank Sliders and “Elevation” range of paddock stands.

To redeem their voucher, riders simply need to take it to their local R&G stockist, which can be located at rg-racing.com under the “partners” section.

R&G Sales Director, Simon Hughes, explained the move: “As riders, we’re often used to coming back to our bike at an event and finding some sort of flyer stuffed on their bike, but at R&G we wanted to reward our loyal customers with a little gift along with discount off their next purchase.”

For a participating dealer, the customer will bring in their reward card in order to claim 10% off a single R&G item.

A corresponding till receipt should be clipped to the card and sent by the dealer to R&G, who will then contact the dealer. The initiative is fully honoured by R&G and not partially funded by the dealer, as the actual monetary value of the discount is taken from a replacement stock order (normal carriage terms apply), as opposed to R&G giving the dealer an extra 10%.

Dealers can stockpile any honoured reward cards but the scheme will expire 31/12/12. Claims can be made after this date, but the sale must take place up to that date.
