3 Podiums for Forcefield Riders at Oulton Park

The British Superbike Championship was at Oulton Park this weekend for round six of the Championship. The Forcefield riders were steady away this weekend and no major crashes dented their progress.

Keith Farmer riding on the PBM Kawasaki took on a big challenge this weekend riding in the British Superbike Class and also the National Superstock 1000 crash. He did however decide to test out the Forcefield Body Armour on the Superbike when he crashed at one of the fastest parts of the circuit, Island bend. He did go on to finish on the podium in the Superstock 1000 race and secured third and is still leading the Championship.

Forcefield wearer Ben Burke took third in a dramatic National Superstock 600 Championship race, the Australian rider still leads the Championship after a last lap dash for the podium position. In the British Supersport class Forcefield rider Ben Wilson made a welcome to the podium and finished second in the first race on Saturday and fourth on Sunday.

Keith Farmer - "I seem to like to have very fast crashes at Oulton Park as that is where I had my huge crash in May. Island was another fast crash and I went down fairly hard but luckily was able to just walk away just a little bit winded. It was a busy weekend with riding the Superbike and the Superstock bike but a great experience.
