The Japanese branch of worldwide logistics firm UPS has extended its sponsorship of Japanese Super GT racing squad Team Taisan.

The UPS logo will continue to appear on the cars and racing suits of the team, while UPS will continue to transport Team Taisan's equipment around the world.

Founded in 1983 as Porsche Advan Works, Team Taisan has won the Japanese national Super GT championship 12 times.

UPS Japan's president Masato Umeno said, "We are pleased to be able to extend our sponsorship for Team Taisan. We will continue to support the team with our global network and reliable services."
