New opportunity for Regalia at Hungaroring GP3 with Atech

.Facu Regalia is taking part in the nextround of the GP3 Series this weekend in hungary.  He made his debut at the beginning of July at Silverstone, driving a car lined up by Jenzer. However in Hungary Regalia is going to be back with Atech, a team led by David Hayle.

The driver backed by Adrin Campos explained that its a new chance for me. I am very happy after receiving this invitation from David. I want to complete a good weekend, because we are racing in front of Formula 1 and GP2 teams. This time Im driving an Atechs car, and working with an experienced engineer like him, who has a brilliant background in Formula 3 teams and worked with current Formula 1 drivers like Heikki Kovalainen. Three years ago he founded Atech and Im glad to race for him at Hungaroring. We had a meeting at Brands Hatch, and he told me his interest in me and to be my engineer.

The Argentinian driver added that Silverstone werent an easy weekend for us, because I didnt know neither Jenzer nor my engineer there. Now I have gained a bit of experience and I like this layout, because earlier this year I finished third in Saturdays Auto GP race. Anyway the weekend is going to be difficult and tough. Almost the entire field is reaching the end of the season, and they have plenty of experience in comparison with me. The weather forecast announces dry and rain conditions. Anyway I am looking for either dry or rain weather. My goal is to reach top-ten places, improving that would be great. My podiums in Auto GP and European F3 Open have to be a morale booster here.

Last but not at least Regalia wants to thank my sponsors, my family, Adrin Campos and friends their support. They are helping me to keep pushing.Tomorrow a free practice session is scheduled in the morning, with qualifying session and race one at 09.45 and 17.20 respectively on Saturday. Race two starts on Sunday at 09.25.
