Round 19 cancelled

Heavy rain minutes before the scheduled start of the second Spa race of the Cooper Tires British Formula 3 International Series Belgian weekend has forced its cancellation.With the thunder showers showing no sign of abatement and standing water collecting dangerously all around the circuit, stewards announced the abandonment of the 20-minute reverse-grid sprint.
