Round 4: Glan y Gors, 29 July

A pair of wins at Glan y Gors put CIK-FIA European KF3 Champion George Russell into the British championship lead, once dropped scores are taken into account.

Having topped timed qualifying and won both heats, Russell edged out Alex Gill in the first final. Behind them Darius Karbaley took third over Indian Jehan Daruvala and Croatian Martin Kodric.

Gill had a shock in the second final when his starter battery exploded while chasing down Russell, though he still managed to finish second. Meanwhile James Kellett and Jamie Caroline stormed through the pack to finish third and fourth, passing Jessica Hawkins who had her best result of the season.
