Ma-con Motorsports Emil Bernstorff heads to the world famous Nurburgring circuit this weekend (17/18/19 August), as the FIA European Formula Three Championship rolls in for rounds 18, 19 & 20 of the FIA sanctioned series.The 2011 McLaren Autosport BRDC Young Driver of the Year Award finalist, has already showcased his raw pace and talent by securing two F3 Euroseries podiums at Norisring, and by storming from 17th position on the grid to seal tenth (fourth position in the invitational class), at a very wet Spa-Francorchamps.Looking ahead to the challenges that he faces at Nurburgring, Bernstorff remains confident of adding to his podium tally for the year, after gaining a win and two second place finishes at the venue in 2011.I certainly think that I can go to Nurburgring and challenge for podiums this weekend, explained Bernstorff. I gained some brilliant results there last year, hopefully I can carry my knowledge of the circuit into the race weekend with me and produce some solid results for myself and the team.
