Glynn and Jim Geddie return to the British GT Championship at Silverstone this weekend.

The father and son duo are still the reigning 2011 British GT champions and will compete in Apex Tubulars sponsored McLaren MP4-12c GT3 in the penultimate race of the event.

Silverstone is a track that holds fond memories for the Geddies as the pair clinched glory at the circuit in October last year in their CRS Racing Ferrari 458 Italia.

Glynn and Jim will do battle with around 30 other cars on the circuit and they have also confirmed theyll also appear in the final round at Donington Park at the end of the month.

Im really looking forward to driving the McLaren in British GT," said Glynn

"Its been a tough year in Carrera Cup. Ongoing problems with the car havent given me the results I wanted.

But having seen how well the McLaren performed at Snetterton we should be able to challenge for the win from the front.
