Motors TV Weekly Highlights 15th to 21st September

LIVE FIA World Endurance Championship Brazilian venue Interlagos hosts the 6 Hours of So Paulo, the first of four races in the space of six weeks that will conclude the 2012 FIA World Endurance Championship season.  After a promising run to second-place at Silverstone, Toyota will look to threaten Audi again in South America. The German marque meanwhile has raised local interest with the addition of Lucas di Grassi to its driver line-up.          - Saturday, 15 September from 3.00pm NASCAR Nationwide Series  The Chicagoland Speedway is the venue for round 26 of the NASCAR Nationwide Series. Ricky Stenhouse Jr. has been closing the gap to points leader Elliott Sadler and will look to turn the tables on his rival who beat him to win Julys race at the same 1.5 mile oval.- Sunday, 16 September 10.15am  American Le Mans Series More sports car action brought to you by Motors TV in the form of the penultimate round of the American Le Mans Series and a first visit for the series to the Virginia International Raceway. The LMP1 class will see another duel between the Muscle Milk Pickett squad and Dyson Racing, while LMP2 front-runners Level 5 will be fresh from their outright one-two finish in Baltimore.

- Sunday, 16 September 5.15pm LIVE Ferrari Challenge Europe  Ferraris answer to a one-make racing series, the Ferrari Challenge Europe heads to Silverstone for the sixth round of the 2012 season. The novice gentlemen drivers of the Coppa Shell will be the first to race around the British Grand Prix venue before more experienced competitors do battle in the Trofeo Pirelli, where Alessandro Balzan has been the man to beat.- Sunday, 16 September from 1.35pm    GP3 Series The third GP3 Series champion will be crowned at Monza where the slipstreaming opportunities on the long straights always create some of the best racing seen all season, regardless of the championship situation. Mitch Evans leads the way but Antonio Felix da Costa is in stunning form, while Aaro Vainio and Daniel Abt remain in contention.

- Saturday, 15 September 11.50am Porsche Supercup  The race to be crowned Porsche Supercup champion is also going down to the wire at Monza, with five drivers in with a mathematical chance of claiming the title. Ren Rast arrives with the points lead as he aims to win for a third consecutive year, but is only a point ahead of Kvin Estre. Norbert Siedler, Sean Edwards and Spa victor Nikki Thiim are ready to pounce if those two slip-up.
