The Bahrain International Circuit will be hosting round 6 of the FIA World Endurance Championship the 6 Hours of Bahrain will be held on the 28th and 29th of September 2012.  The FIA World Endurance Championship is an auto racing world championship organised by the Automobile Club de l'Ouest (ACO) and sanctioned by the Fdration Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA). The Championship includes the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans as one of the rounds -  race that celebrated its 80th anniversary this year! This is the first time this race is happening in the Middle East and as Home of Motorsport in the Middle East, the BIC are very proud to be hosting this prestigious series.

 The race weekend will contain a full programme of quality on- track and off-track entertainment to ensure that race fans as well as families and children have something to enjoy whilst at the BIC over the weekend!
