Jordan Racing Ltd to continue manufacturing the GR8 and GR8 GT3
Jordan Racing Ltd officially announces its recent takeover of Chevron Racing Cars Ltd.
Jordan Racing will be fulfilling all existing and future orders of the GR8 and GR8 GT3, along with continuing development of the GT3 specification car. This prestigious racing outfit has been formed by successful businessman and GT Cup racer David Witt, being based out of a new and recently completed workshop facility in Crewe, Cheshire.
Owner of Jordan Racing Ltd, David Witt, said: Im delighted to announce that we will now be running the Chevron GR8 and GR8 GT3 out of the new Jordan Racing facility. We have some exciting developments in the pipeline for both cars, and we are retaining the key members of the original Chevron team who have worked so hard on the evolution of the car to date.
British GT and GT Cup Championship driver, Jordan Witt, commented: As a team, we are looking forward to all of the exciting opportunities on the horizon at Jordan Racing. Myself and Anthony Reid aim to finish the British GT season on a high at Donington this weekend, racing the GR8 GT3. In addition, we still have the final round of the GT Cup Championship which will enable us to complete the next step of our development programme, before heading into testing over the winter.
