After many years racing at BSB The Vancraft Triumph British Supersport and Superstock Team have announced their retirement from the racing paddock. Andrew Caygill owner and manager of the race team said,
"This has been a big part of all our lives for many years but for several reasons we have decided to end our time in the paddock. It has been a wonderful experience and we have made many friends and had some very happy times.
It would not have been possible without the help and support of all our team sponsors and that of Josh's personal sponsors and we thank them all enormously. Steve Clifford and all his team at Feridax, Paul Mousell Shoei Race Service, Shoei Helmets, Sidi Boots, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Steve and Jo - SMUK, Jane Gorick and LPR, Mick Wilson along with Peter Loxam and all at Norbert Dentressangle, GB Racing, Fuchs Silkolene, Doodson Insurance, Mark Roberts from RST Moto Direct, Dan Wheeler and Dread for all the race wear over the years and last but not least a big thank you to Guy Masters, Andrea Friggi and all of the team at Triumph Motorcycles for the support and opportunities to progress over the past few years.
Many thanks to all the office staff at BSB and MSVR, special thanks to Clare, Stuart and Laura, to all the Stewards, along with Gareth, Jane & Karen. Thanks to Andy, Paula and Ellie for their friendship and to all members of the 6 o'clock club, Andrews support team, they know who they are. Heartfelt thanks to all the medical team and marshals whose dedication and kindness are unfailing.
We have been fortunate to have been surrounded by a good team headed up by Steven 'Bear' Bradley, Kieran 'Kez' Morley-Payne mechanic for Josh, Nick Gledhill mechanic for Jimmy Hill and Paul Neal mechanic for Joe Collier. Others have given their help in previous years and include Jez Goodall, James 'Marv' Dann, Martin, Joe and Brian. Our family Lucy and Chris who have supported us both in and out of the paddock in so many ways. Big thanks go to Paul and John of Clayton Transport who have unfailingly got us to meetings.
