If youve found that a brand new chassis, engine or carburettor has not dramatically improved your lap times, or number of trophies in the cabinet has not increased, then its time to tune the driver.

The annual RL Racing Department Winter Training Camp will improve you as a driver and make you faster.

The event is taking place between 8th22nd December and 2nd 8th January, at the superb Gran Karting Club circuit on Lanzarote. Here drivers can benefit from the warm climate and around 300 laps of testing per day.

RL Racing Department owner Steve Armstrong says that investing in the driver, rather than simply the equipment, can turn a talented midfield driver into a genuine championship contender: Since we introduced the Winter Training Camp in 2010, we have seen our customers make huge strides forward.
