Paul Ricard, Jerez and Catalunya to host the three events in February-March

Following the positive experience of last season, GT Sport will organize again a Winter Series ahead of the 2013 season of the International GT Open and the European F.3 Open.

This Winter Series are aimed at providing teams and drivers the opportunity to prepare the forthcoming season, and test men and machines also in a race configuration.

The 2013 Winter Series will include three events, two of which will include two races of 50 minutes each. The first stop will be at the Paul Ricard on 15-16 February and the second at Jerez on 1-2 March.

In both cases, the event will be on two days, the first one devoted to private testing and the second one mainly to the two 50-minutes races preceded by a qualifying of 20 minutes per driver.

The third event will take place in Barcelona on 14-15 May, where only two days of testing will be scheduled.
