DHL to back Indycar champion throughout 2013

Logistics giant DHL has renewed its agreement to title sponsor the Andretti Autosport car of 2012 Indycar champion Ryan Hunter-Reay for the 2013 season.The new agreement will see Hunter-Reay run with a DHL paint scheme at all races next year. It is the third consecutive season the company has sponsored the team, which is run by former Indycar and Formula One driver Michael Andretti."We couldn't be more pleased to welcome DHL back to Andretti Autosport, and this time as a primary sponsor and defending champion," said John Lopes, chief marketing officer of Andretti Autosport."As a global industry leader, DHL is a brand that we are proud to have in our organisation. We look forward to a continuing successful partnership together and an exciting racing season ahead."As part of the deal, DHL will continue to have significant hospitality rights at Indycar events.The new Indycar season is scheduled to begin on 24th March in St. Petersburg, Florida.
