SHEFFIELD have completed the signing of highly-rated Argentinean racer Facundo Albin.The 20-year-old will be racing in British Speedway for the first time, joining the Owlerton club as a full asset. He becomes the fifth member of their team for 2013.Tigers boss David Hoggart said: We are excited about the signing of Facundo and Im sure he will thrill the fans with his all-action style.He will need some time to settle in but Im sure he will be a big hit with supporters. Its another part of our major rebuilding exercise.

BUXTON have signed 16-year-old Tyler Govier who steps up into the National League for the first time.Govier missed most of the 2011 season with a broken leg but returned this year to race in the Junior leagues, and also finished joint-fifth in the British Youth Championship.Buxton chief Jayne Moss said: The time is right now for Tyler to make the step up to the National League and we are pleased that he has chosen Buxton as the place to do that.He has invested in some new machinery for the coming season and has sold his older equipment and replaced them with two Elite League standard bikes. He will also continue to race for the Coventry Mercia Vikings in the Midland Development League, which can only help his progress in the National League.
