AMERICAN World Cup rider Ricky Wells has completed a new deal to stay with Wolverhampton.The Californian, who won the Rider of the Year award from supporters at the end of last season, is back for a third year at Monmore Green and a full transfer from parent club Coventry is a possibility.Wolves promoter Chris Van Straaten said: I can confirm he is also in negotiations with Sheffield about a Premier League place and once those negotiations have been completed we will look to open negotiations with Coventry regarding his contract.He is a firm favourite with the supporters and had a fine season with us, he feels confident he can improve further.(SPEEDWAY 2)

TY Proctor believes the opportunity to race in both Elite and Premier Leagues in 2013 will see him return to top form.Proctor has confirmed he has signed for Plymouth as well as remaining with Wolverhampton in the top flight.He said: I just want the fans to know I'm more disappointed in the last two years than anyone and Ive made a few changes.I didnt do enough meetings last season and signing at Plymouth will help me, and I feel very positive about the 2013 season.
