BELLE Vue have signed experienced Finnish star Kauko Nieminen to take a doubling-up position in their team for the coming Elite League season.Nieminen, captain of Premier League club Leicester, joins the Aces after four years in the top flight with Lakeside.Belle Vue Operations Director Chris Morton said: Kauko is a rider who has been in our thoughts for some time because we were interested him when he was riding for Workington a few seasons ago.He impressed a few clubs at the time because he is a stylish and ambitious rider. He has a lot to offer and we see him as a rider who can achieve more than a 4.90 average.

EASTBOURNE have announced the return of Lifestyle Europe as their headline sponsor for a fourth successive year.The new and used car dealers are planning a special offer for Eagles fans throughout the season and will provide a parade vehicle for the clubas well as 100 Easter eggs for children at Eastbournes Good Friday home meeting.Co-promoter Mike Bellerby said: It is great to be able to welcome Lifestyle Europe back.
