THE British Speedway Promoters’ Association are delighted to announce dates and venues for the Speedway Great Britain (SGB) Major Events series in 2013.And following the success of last year’s series, which saw good crowd levels and superb racing, every staging track remains the same.
Series co-ordinator David Hoggart said: “The hard work and dedication of the staging clubs is very much appreciated along with the support of the fans.“It is nice to see some continuity and I sincerely hope supporters can now put the dates in their diary and plan ahead.”
In addition to the SGB series, Berwick are staging the third round of the World Under 21 Final in August and Poole host the Grand Prix Challenge in the same month.And there will be two British semi-finals staged in April. Edinburgh host the first on Friday, April 19 and Sheffield the following Thursday, April 25.SPEEDWAY GREAT BRITAIN (SGB) MAJOR EVENTS SERIES 2013:

PREMIER LEAGUE FOURS CHAMPIONSHIP: Peterborough – Sunday, July 14.
PREMIER LEAGUE RIDERS’ CHAMPIONSHIP: Sheffield – Sunday, September 22.
