CHARLES Wright is to return to Buxton to lead the clubs National League challenge this season.Wright started his career at Hi-Edge as a 16-year-old in 2004 and has had spells in the Premier League, rejoining the Hitmen on loan from parent club Workington.Buxton promoter Jayne Moss said: Charles gave the team a real boost when he joined us partway through last season, but unfortunately we didnt get to see as much of him as we would have liked once he signed for Glasgow due to the clash of raceday. He was keen to come back to Buxton again this year but things were a bit up in the air as he had had some enquiries from Premier League clubs and we were unsure of the rules regarding averages and Premier League riders until the AGM. However, that is all sorted and things were quickly agreed with Workington and Charles himself for him to return.
